Who can apply for a VRACE fundraising prize?
We welcome applications from schools, P&C associations, sporting clubs, registered charities and community organisations throughout Perth and surrounding areas. Each request is reviewed individually based on availability and our community support commitments.
What types of prizes does VRACE donate?
Depending on availability, we may provide vouchers for full-motion racing simulator experiences, virtual reality experiences, or other entertainment packages. The prize offered may vary depending on the event and the number of requests we receive.
Is every fundraising request approved?
Unfortunately, no. While we’d love to support every organisation, we receive many requests throughout the year. We assess each application based on factors such as the organisation, the event, timing, and our available sponsorship budget.
How far in advance should we apply?
We recommend submitting your request at least 4–6 weeks before your fundraising event. This gives us enough time to review your application and prepare any prize vouchers if your request is approved.
Is there any cost to receive a fundraising prize?
No. Approved organisations receive their prize at no cost.
As part of our Community Partnership Program, we simply ask organisations to acknowledge VRACE by including us as a supporter or sponsor on their event or fundraising webpage where possible, and by linking to our website so supporters can learn more about the experiences we offer.
Can we request multiple prizes?
Depending on the size of your event and our sponsorship commitments, we may be able to provide more than one prize. Please include details of your event when submitting your request.
Can the prize be used for raffles, auctions or competitions?
Yes. Our vouchers are suitable for raffles, silent auctions, online auctions, competitions, fundraising events and other community activities.
Do the vouchers have an expiry date?
Yes. All fundraising vouchers include an expiry date and any applicable terms and conditions. This helps us continue supporting as many organisations as possible throughout the year.
Can businesses request fundraising prizes?
Our Community Partnership Program is primarily designed to support schools, sporting clubs, charities and community organisations. Businesses seeking sponsorship opportunities are welcome to contact us to discuss potential partnerships.
